RamRock 8k and 5k Run/Walk Race

The 5K race will start at Redeemer Lutheran School at 2450 SE Ocean Boulevard. The course will go around the school then participants will head East on Ocean Boulevard and across the bridge to Sewall's Point. There will be a turn around point after Sewall's Point Road and participants will run back to Redeemer Lutheran. This race is timed through MCM Timing. All participants will receive a goody bag and finishers medal. The first 150 registrants are guaranteed a race t-shirt. Additional awards will be given for Male and Female Overall, Male and Female Masters (40 & up), and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each division. The divisions are: 10 and under, 11 - 14, 15 - 19, 20 - 24, 25 - 29, 30 - 34, 35 - 39, 40 - 44, 45 - 49, 50 - 54, 55 - 59, 60 - 64, 65 - 69, and 70 and up.
