Vero OnTrack Hybrid Fitness Challenge

The hybrid challenge will include 8 laps around the track and 8 exercise zones. Competitors will complete lap 1, then zone 1, then lap 2, zone 2, etc. At the completion, you will have run 3200 meters (2 miles) and completed 8 separate zones.
