Virtual Passport to Health 5K

The Virtual Passport to Health 5K allows supporters across the country to join the movement and support health equity from their own community.

Participants may walk, run, or complete their 5K at their own pace between September 26 and October 3, 2026.

Virtual registration supports community wellness initiatives and health equity programming through the Passport to Health 5K.

Please note:
Virtual registration does not include an event t-shirt or finisher medal.
