2025 Explorer Dash 5K (AJC Peachtree Qualifier)
Early Bird Deadline is February 8th! Register by Feb. 23 to receive a goody-filed tote bag and t-shirt. It is an AJC Peachtree Qualifying event!
RACE DAY REGISTRATION: Runners may register for either race beginning at 7:15 A.M. on the day of the event. The onsite prices for the races will be $30.00 for the 1-mile race and $40.00 for the 5K. No registration forms will be accepted after 8:10 A. M. for the 5K and 9:00 A.M. for the 1-mile on race day. If paying with cash, ONLY EXACT CHANGE will be accepted. Race day registrants are not guaranteed to get a goody bag. *Participants for 5K race will be timed using timing chips. The awards ceremony for the top finishers of the 1 mile and 5K race will be held at the conclusion of the 1-Mile Fun Run. The top finishers in the following age divisions will receive awards for the 5K race: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. Awards will also be given for the overall male winner and overall female winner of the 5K race.
The USATF Certificate # is GA22052WC. Race was measured from the right lane. Runners must stay in right lane on the course.
5K Out and Back Race Route
- Start 923 Forrest Blvd
-Turn right out of parking lot
- Proceed up Forrest Blvd towards Wiltshire
- Turn left onto Wiltshire
- Turn left onto Sussex Ave.
- Turn left on Dartmouth Ave.
- Go straight to go up Clarendon Place
- Turn left on Clarendon Ave.
- Turn right onto Kingstone
- Turn right onto Berkely
- Turn left on Wiltshire
- Turnaround at sign/cone on Wiltshire
- Retrace race route back to TMS parking lot to finish line

If you are paying with cash, it must be EXACT CHANGE ONLY. No registration forms will be after 9:15 A.M. for the 1 mile. Race day registrants are not guaranteed a goody bag. The awards ceremony for the top finishers of the 1 mile will be given at the conclusion of the race. Awards will be given for the top 3 overall male and female winners of the 1 Mile Fun Run. All Fun Run finishers will get a medal. Runners must be wearing a Fun Run Bib in order to receive a Fun Run Medal at the finish line. Fun run is not a timed event.
