5k Virtual Run/Walk to benefit Friendship Ark Homes & Community Services.

T-Shirt sizes guaranteed for all entries received by 6/12/2023. Sizes and quantities will be limited beyond this date.
T-Shirts for virtual participants may be picked up on Friday, June 30th, 2023 at our office at 5820 Lincoln Way, Suite 101, Ames, IA 50014 (please note that we have moved) or you may choose to have your T-Shirt shipped to you for an additional fee (select shipping as an add-on product). T-Shirts that are shipped may not be received by the participant(s) until after the in-person race date.
You may complete your run/walk any time between June 24th and July 4th, 2023. Instructions for T-Shirt pick up and submitting your time will be sent to you by email.
Friendship Ark is a 501(c)(3) organization and a charitable contribution may be available for a portion of your registration fee and/or donation. Please consult your tax advisor for current IRS regulations.
