Fort Madison High School Fit Fest
Our FitFest will include a Family 5K Fun Run/Walk to begin at 8:30am and a Fitness Fair to follow. The 5K will take you on the PORT trail and sidewalks around the middle school campus. Bring a family member to race or to keep you company on a walk! The Fitness Fair will feature organizations and businesses in our community that offer resources for health and fitness. Check out their booths after the race! The FIRST 100 registrants of the 5K will get to wear a heart rate "Zone" monitor from Interactive Health Technologies. You will also receive data from your run/walk!
