Complete your 3.1-mile run or walk anywhere you choose between November 7–14. Whether you participate on a treadmill, in your neighborhood, or on your favorite trail, you’ll still be joining a community committed to inclusion and wellness.

Our 1-Mile Sensory Walk is the heart of the Live Your Best Life Sensory Walk & 5K, designed to be welcoming, accessible, and engaging for participants of all abilities.
Along the route at Terry Trueblood Recreation Area, participants will experience interactive sensory stations that celebrate movement, creativity, and fun. Walk through scented bubbles, run through colorful ribbon tunnels, explore art displays, pop bubble wrap, and pass through our beloved flower tunnel.
This event is perfect for families, first-time participants, and anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxed walk while celebrating inclusion and community.
