B-INSPIRED 5K
This is a professionally timed 5K with a mostly flat course that includes a variety of terrain including pavement, crushed rock, and trails throughout the entire property of the Iowa Arboretum.
All ages and experience levels are welcome!
For the best experience, competitive runners are encouraged to line up at the front of the starting area, while walkers, families with children, and those enjoying a more relaxed pace are asked to start toward the back. This helps everyone move comfortably, safely, and enjoy the event — no matter their pace!

KIDS DASH
Our .25 mile Kids Dash around the beautiful treehouse village is the perfect way for young runners to be part of the B-Inspired 5K fun!
Open to ages 4–10, this short and exciting run is all about movement, confidence, and having fun. Children are invited to run, walk, or roll — wheelchairs, walkers, and mobility chairs are welcome and encouraged to participate.
Please note: this registration fee covers participation in the Kids Dash only. Each child will receive a small prize at the finish line.
Event t-shirts are not included with Kids Dash registration.
If you would like your child to receive an event t-shirt, please be sure to add one during registration.
