Recommended for ages 6-12 and adult chaperones, but open to anyone.

The Competitive Wave is for those looking to challenge themselves to complete all obstacles while running the course for their best finish. Medals will be awarded to the top 10 Male and Female runners.
The Competitive Wave will have a mass wave start for both Male and Female divisions.

12:00 PM 5K Open Wave
The Open Wave is for anyone looking to run, jog, or hike the course at their own pace just for the fun of it! If you are looking to run hard and challenge yourself choose the 5K Competitive Wave.
Note: We will NOT have a mass group start for the Open Wave. Small groups will be started with 30 second gaps to help space the course.
Individuals and small groups who wish to run together can start anytime between 12:00 and 12:15. Simply sign in at the registration table and approach the starting line when ready.

Volunteer Sign Up
Adult volunteers needed to supervise obstacles, water stations, and other spots along the course. Expect to arrive by 10:00 AM and leave by 2:00 PM at the latest. All volunteers will receive an event T-shirt. Thank you!
