- Run/Walk/Ruck a 5k (3.1 Miles)
- Complete the following fitness challenges before, during or after the 5k
- 20 Jump Squats
- 10 Spiderman Push Ups
- 20 Forward lunges (each side)
- 20 Second Elbow Plank Reaches (each side)
- 20 Mountain Climbers
- 10 Yard Bear Crawl (x3)
- 15 Second Air Squat (x3)

- Run/Walk/Ruck a 10k (6.2 Miles)
- Complete the following fitness challenges before, during or after the 5k
- 40 Jump Squats
- 20 Spiderman Push Ups
- 40 Forward lunges (each side)
- 40 Second Elbow Plank Reaches (each side)
- 40 Mountain Climbers
- 40 Yard Bear Crawl (x2)
- 30 Second Air Squat (x3)
- 20 Yard Jump Burpees (x3)
- 20 Walk Out Planks (hold plank for 10sec)
- 30 sec leg lifts (x3) - legs 6" off the ground

Event: 15k Yeti Challenge
Complete this challenge and you'll earn the Expedition medal, the Adventure medal, the ASR Cinch Sac, a Blue and Black Yeti Beanie (2 beanies), our 4" Classic ASR Logo Sticker, the 2020 4" ASR Event sticker, and a 2020 Event T-Shirt.

- 60 Forward lunges (each side)
- 60-Second Elbow Plank Reaches (each side)
- 60 Mountain Climbers
- 50 Yard Bear Crawl (x3)
- 60-Second Air Squat (x3)
- 20-Yard Jump Burpees (x3)
- 20 Walk Out Planks (hold plank for 10sec)
- 30-Second leg lifts (x3) - legs 6" off the ground
