I would like to sign up for the 2027 Bank of America Chicago Marathon as a member of the American Cancer Society DetermiNation Team. In exchange for my guaranteed spot in the race, I agree to fundraise at least $2,620 by September 29, 2026. I understand that I am responsible for paying the marathon entry fee ($325 + processing fee) and that the marathon entry fee is separate from and in addition to the $2,620 fundraising minimum. I understand I am responsible for fulfilling the $2,620 fundraising minimum regardless of injury or personal decision to not participate in the race.

I would like to sign up for the 2027 Bank of America Chicago Marathon as a member of the American Cancer Society DetermiNation Team. In exchange for my guaranteed spot in the race, I agree to fundraise at least $5,000 by September 29, 2026. I understand that ACS will cover the marathon entry fee on behalf and once ACS has covered the fee, I may not drop down to a lower fundraising minimum. I understand I am responsible for fulfilling the $5,000 fundraising minimum regardless of injury or personal decision to not participate in the race.

I have already secured my entry for the 2027 Bank of America Chicago Marathon either as a time qualifier, legacy finisher, Distance Series participant, or through the public drawing, and I would like to become an American Cancer Society DetermiNation participant. I understand that I must raise at least $1,500 to take advantage of all Team DetermiNation benefits, including group or virtual marathon training, team dinner on Friday, October 8 and private race day space on Sunday, October 10.
