LANDSHARK INDOOR TRIATHLON

Wave: Indoor Triathlon - Adult
NOTE: Each participant will have their own start time in waves of approximately 6-12 participants. Start time preferences can be selected during registration and will be re-confirmed within 48 hours before the race start time. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your wave start time to check in and prepare, so that you can report to the pool deck 10 minutes before your assigned start time. Please note that the total time to complete each wave will be 75 minutes (60 minutes of activity + 15 minutes of transitions):

Swim: 10 minutes (in the pool)
Transition #1: 10-minutes
Bike: 30 minutes (on an indoor bike)
Transition #2: 5-minutes
Run: 20 minutes (on a treadmill)

Wave: Virtual Triathlon - Iron Shark Challenge
Complete your own indoor triathlon before the end of the year and submit your results to earn swag!

OLYMPIC CHALLENGE
Complete enough total combined distance for the month to cover an Olympic Distance triathlon within the month of December to earn swag! (Swim 1500m, Bike 40km, Run 10km).

IRON SHARK CHALLENGE
Olympic distance not challenging enough? Complete 140.6 miles for the ultimate challenge (Swim 2.4 miles, Bike 112 miles, Run 26.2 miles) and you'll earn a special bonus "Iron Shark" swag item!

MULTISPORT LEADERBOARDS
Want to see how your performances stack up against others? Results can be submitted to also count towards individual LEADERBOARDS that are provided for each individual discipline (SWIM, BIKE, and RUN), as well as an overall TRIATHLON SCORE. The overall TRIATHLON weighted score will be determined by combining weighted scores of your best 10min Swim (weighted x3), 30min Bike (weighted x1), and 20 min Run (weighted x2) - the same scoring we use for an indoor triathlon!

LEADERBOARDS INCLUDE:
Swim: Best distance in 10 minutes (in the pool)
Bike: Best distance in 30 minutes (on an indoor bike)
Run: Best distance in 20 minutes (on a treadmill)
Tri Score: 10 min Swim (x3) + 30min Bike (x1) + 20min Run (x2)
