Event: Grady's Games & 5K (2 Person Team)
Athletes should be able to complete the following:
- Run/walk/jog 3.1 miles
- Deadlift 225/155
- Shoulder to Overhead 125/85
- Clean 135/95
- Gymnastics Movements (i.e. Pull ups, push ups, box jumps/step ups, jump rope, toes to bar/knees to elbow, etc.)
*Athletes should be prepared to use barbells, boxes, slam balls, wall balls, rings, rigs, yokes, and any other CrossFit equipment
*All workouts can be modified accordingly to fit individual athlete needs
