Spring Stampede Volunteer for Packet Pick Up

Volunteers are essential for the race, and packet pick up is critical. Four Volunteers are needed to help set up the packet pick up station, take race day registrations, and hand out race bibs and t shirts. Volunteers are welcome to celebrate with everyone else at the postrace party, and get into WPP for the day free. Bring the family for a fun day at WPP. IVS Grand Prix Members are awarded 10 volunteer points.

Spring Stampede Volunteer for Course Intersection Monitor

Volunteers are essential for the race, and packet pick up is critical. Four Volunteers are needed to help direct runners at critical trail intersections and help control traffic at park road crossings. Course workers are needed until the last runner (the trail sweep) passes their assigned station. A 1/4 to 1/2 mile hike may be necessary to reach the assigned station. Volunteers are welcome to celebrate with everyone else at the postrace party, and get into WPP for the day free. Bring the family for a fun day at WPP. IVS Grand Prix Members are awarded 10 volunteer points.

Spring Stampede Volunteer Race Photographer

The Race photographers document the race and participants. Photos and videos are cherished by participants and are vital for race promotion. One photographer is needed to document the race packet pick up, race start, and runners at the finish line. A second photographer could float for candid pictures and videos while the start/finish line is busy with the start and finishers. Volunteers are welcome to celebrate with everyone else at the postrace party, and get into WPP for the day free. Bring the family for a fun day at WPP. IVS Grand Prix Members are awarded 10 volunteer points.
