Event: Sprint Triathlon
500m Swim | 20k Bike | 5k Run
Triathletes will begin a 500m lake swim with a self-seeded rolling start and exit the water on a separate dock. Athletes will then make their way to transition, then head out on a punchy 20k 2-loop bike course around Lincoln Trail Lake. Athletes will return to transition and finish the race with a 5k out-and-back run.
Awards will be give to top 3 finishers in each age group.

Athletes will then make their way to transition and head out on a punchy 20k 2-loop bike course around Lincoln Trail Lake. Athletes will return to transition and finish the race with a 5k out-and-back run.
Awards will be give to top 3 finishers in each age group.

1k Paddle | 20k Bike | 5k Run
(cost of registration is paid by team captain/first teammate to register. Following 2 teammates will pay $0 in registration fees, plus cost of 1-day USAT membership if applicable)
This fun race is completed by a team of three!
Person A will begin their 1k paddle with a floating start. After turning around 2 buoys and returning to the boat ramp, they will be assisted out of the water by volunteers. They will then make their way to transition and transfer their timing chip to team member B. Teammate B will head out on a punchy 20k 2-loop bike course around Lincoln Trail Lake. They will return to transition and transfer their timing chip to teammate C.
Teammate C will finish the race with a 5k out-and-back run.
Awards will be give to top 3 overall paddle relay teams.
Additional award given to BEST DRESSED TEAM, so dig out your best color coordinated fits, rainbow tutus, or matching trisuits and show off your team spirit!
