Event: 12 Days of Fitmas - Option 1

Option 1

1 Positive Thought

2 Deep Breaths

3 Plank Jacks

4 Stance Jacks

5 Russian Twists

6 Mountain Climbers

7 Squats

8 Alternating Lunges

9 Speed Bags

10 Alternating Front Kicks

11 Wall Sits

So the rhythm goes like this:
On December 14th - 1 Positive Thought (or 10 seconds)
December 15th - 2 Deep Breathes and 1 Positive Thought (or 20 seconds and 10 seconds)
December 16th - 3 Plank Jacks, 2 Deep Breathes, and 1 Positive Thought (or 30 seconds, 20 seconds, and 10 seconds)
etc etc etc

50 seconds of Russian Twists

60 seconds of Mountain Climbers

70 seconds of Squats

80 seconds of Alternating Lunges

90 seconds of Speed Bags

100 seconds of Alternating Front Kicks

110 seconds of Wall Sits

120 seconds of Burpees

So the rhythm goes like this:
On December 14th - 10 seconds of Positive Thinking
December 15th - 20 seconds of Deep Breathing and 10 seconds of Positive Thinking
December 16th - 30 seconds of Plank Jacks, 20 seconds of Deep Breathing, and 10 seconds of Positive Thinking
