Rockford Literacy Half Marathon
Please join us for the 15th annual Rockford Literacy Half Marathon presented by Runner's Image and sponsored by Carlyle Brewing Co., C & E Specialties, Red Lobster, Meg's Daily Grind, RockValley Culligan, Cherry Valley F.D. and Saucony.
This event is an opportunity to experience the scenic beauty of Winnebago County's forest preserves while supporting the efforts of the Literacy Council.
Event Location: Cherry Valley Fire Department 4919 Blackhawk Rd. Rockford, IL 61109
All participants can relax after the event with a pasta brunch provided by Red Lobster and those 21 or older can enjoy a complimentary craft beer by Rockford's own Carlyle Brewery.
Unique long sleeve cotton blend T-shirt to all participants (Male & female specific). Shirt size guaranteed to all preregistered by 04/29/18. Cash awards to top 3 male & female overall finishers. Commemorative pint glasses to top 3 male & female finishers in the following age groups: 15-19; 20-24; 25-29;...75+.
Due to insurance and Rockford Road Runner Circuit requirements, dogs and baby joggers/strollers will not be permitted.
