Race Against the Shake Parkinson's 5K Run/Walk (timed)
The race portion of the event will be a timed 5K run/walk on a paved course through the city park. There will be multiple age groups for men and women: 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. All racers will receive a shirt and a finishers medal. The top finisher in each age group will receive a prize and the overall men's and women's winner will receive a prize.

The walk portion of this event will be a untimed 1-mile fun walk around the Angola Middle School track accommodating all ages and abilities. All walkers will receive a shirt and a finishers medal.
