All ten 5K runs throughout the day are completely free to participate in. Whether you're looking to run just one or challenge yourself with multiple, you're welcome to join at any time.

🏃♂️ Full-Day Competitors: To qualify for overall awards, each 5K must be completed in under one hour, starting on the hour—beginning at 6:00 a.m. and continuing hourly through 3:00 p.m. For example, if you start at 6:00 a.m., you must finish before the 7:00 a.m. start. 🏆 Rankings will be based on the time of your final (10th) 5K.
⏱ Single or Partial Participants: Not ready for all 10? No problem. You’re welcome to time yourself in one or more of the runs without competing for the full-day title.
Whether you're chasing a personal best or going for the podium, there's a place for you in this event.

Form a team and take on the ultimate timed 5K event. Teams must complete each 5K in under one hour, starting on the hour—beginning at 6:00 a.m. and continuing hourly through 3:00 p.m. For example, if your team starts at 6:00 a.m., the run must be completed before the 7:00 a.m. start.
🏁 Team Strategy: Each team will share a bib/transponder and may rotate runners every lap (0.52 miles). Switch as often—or as little—as you like to suit your team’s strengths and pacing.
🏆 Top Team Rankings will be determined by the time of your final (10th) 5K run.
Whether you're in it for the competition or the camaraderie, this is your chance to strategize, pace, and push as a team.
