Appleseeds Indoor Track Club - Session 2 (Middle & High School)
Session 2 is for middle and high school age athletes and advanced elementary schoolers. This session is recommended for ages 11 and up.
Session 2 athletes are able to specialize in sprints or distance and can choose a technical event concentration.
