Juniors : Ages 7-8, 9-10- swim 100 yards, bike 5K (3.2 miles) and Run 1K (.62 miles)
Seniors: Ages 11-12, 13-15, 16-18 and adults- Swim 200 yards, bike 10K (6.4 miles) and run 2K (1.2 miles)
Seniors: Ages 11-12, 13-15, 16-18 and adults- Swim 200 yards, bike 10K (6.4 miles) and run 2K (1.2 miles)
Open to ages 7 - 100.
