5K Run/Walk
Chip timed 5K (3.1) mile run/walk on paved trail surfaces. Awards for Overall Top 3 M/F and Top 3 M/F in 5 year age divisions. Walkers, strollers and dogs on fixed length leashes welcomed.

Kid's Dash
A fun, untimed run/walk for kids 10 and under. The race is FREE for kids. All kids who participate will receive a participation medal.

Race Volunteer
We need 4-5 volunteers to work a race day shift from 7:00-10:30am to make the race a success.

Virtual Runner/Walker
If you can't join us in person consider running/walking as a virtual participant. We'll mail you your race swag for your $30 donation. You can run/walk your 5K in your own hometown on your own schedule.
