5K Run/Walk

A chip timed 5K run/walk with awards for top finishers. This race will be conducted on paved trail surfaces. Dogs on fixed length leashes and strollers are welcomed. Participants receive a commemorative T-shirt.

Virtual Runner/Walker

If you can't run/walk with us in person, please consider participating as a virtual runner/walker. For a $30 donation we'll mail you your commemorative shirt and you can (optional) run/walk your own Freeze For Freedom 5K on your own schedule in your own hometown.

We need 8-10 volunteers to work a shift from 8:30am-11:30am on race day. If you aren't running/walking, please consider signing up as a race volunteer to help make the race go smoothly.
