5K Run/Walk
A chip timed 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk on paved/concrete trail surfaces. Awards will be presented for top finishers. Walkers, strollers and dogs on a fixed length leash are welcomed.

Kid's 1/4 Mile Dash
A free Kid's Dash for kids 9 and under. Each participating child will receive a finisher's medal. There are no awards for this event. Parents can add a commemorative T-shirt (Youth sizes S, M & L) for an $8.00 add on fee.

Virtual Runner/Walker
For those who can't join us in person but want to support our mission. Run/walk your own 5K in your hometown on your schedule. We'll mail or deliver your commemorative race shirt to you.

Race Volunteer
To make our race a success we need 6-8 volunteers to work a 3 hour shift on race morning (7-10am). Volunteers receive a commemorative race T-shirt.
