5K Run/Walk
A chip timed 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk on the flat, fast and scenic Legacy Trail. We will provide awards for our Top 3 M/F finishers as well as Top 3 M/F finishers in 5 year age divisions. Participants receive a commemorative race shirt while supplies last.

Virtual Runner/Walker
If you can't join the race in person we provide an option to participate virtually so you can support our mission. For a $30 donation we'll mail or deliver your commemorative race shirt to you and you can do your virtual 5K on your own schedule in your hometown.

Race Volunteer
We need 6-8 volunteers to work a race evening shift from 5-8pm to make the race great. Volunteers receive a commemorative race T-shirt.
