Beat The Big O 5K

There are absolutely no refunds for this event unless deemed necessary by Vibe 5K for total event cancellation due to extreme weather or lack of participants. In the event of bad weather, a rain date will be established and participants will be expected to attend that day or forfeit any entry fees. Should the event be permanently cancelled for any reason, entry fees will be refunded MINUS any processing fees paid to RunSignUp, a third party corporation. Vibe 5K is not responsible for any injuries or hair/clothing discoloring due to paint or powder.
Any participant may be disqualified due to lack of sportsmanship without a refund. Participants agree that Vibe 5K is not responsible for injuries, death or disablement due to falls or other accidents and run/walk at their own risk. Please be sure to select the appropriate t-shirt size when registering as we are unable to switch on race day. Race day registrants will receive a shirt while supplies last and not everyone is guaranteed a shirt. registering early on-line is your best guarantee. Anyone not registered ten days prior MAY not receive a shrt. Any children ten and under running free with a paid parent are not covered by our insurance and are doing so only with parental permission. Please no more than two free per paid adult. Free kid runners will not receive a t-shirt, glow etc but may purchase it while supplies last. Anyone caught runnning "bandit" will be asked to leave the premisis. Vibe 5K is NOT a non-profit howerer we do make generous donations to veterans groups and other organizations who serve our community. In fact, in 2015, we gave over $10,000.00 to non-profit groups like The Greeneville Veteran's Memorial Park, Main Street, kenyarelief.org and hospice. Veteran's, reserve and active duty soldiers will always run our races for only $15.00 with a military ID or proof of service.

Please e-mail us at info@vibe5k.com if you have a special sized shirt like youth or plus sizes.

Parents are responsible for all children ten and under running unsupervised. If you need a special kids sized shirt you must e-mail it with child's name to info@vibe5k.com

This package includes glow necklace, t-shirt, bib, a pack of glow paint and admission to the front of the line.
