Chip timed 5K on paved roads in historic Midway, KY. Overall & Age Group awards will be presented. Strollers and dogs on fixed length leashes are welcomed. Walkers welcomed! No time limit.

Kids Hero 1/4 Mile Dash
A fun kids dash to kick things off. Parents are welcomed to run/walk with their child, children. Each child will receive a participation medal. There are no awards for this event.

Virtual Runner/Walker
If you can't join us in person consider signing up as a virtual runner/walker. For a $30 donation we'll mail you your commemorative race shirt and bib and you can run/walk (optional) your own Heal Our Heroes 5K on your own schedule in your own hometown. This means anyone anywhere can participate!

Race Volunteer
We need about 10 good volunteers to work a 3.5 hour shift on race day (May 9th) from 7:15-10:45am. If you sign up as a volunteer we'll email you with duties, instructions and details.
