5K Run/Walk
A chip timed 5K on paved road and trail surfaces. Walkers, strollers, and dogs on fixed length leashes are welcomed. Awards will be presented for our Overall Top 3 M/F finishers as well as Top 3 M/F in 5 year age groupings.

Virtual Runner/Walker
If you can't join us in person or aren't ready for an in-person race, you can still participate on your own as a virtual participant. Just sign up and we'll mail your commemorative race shirt. You can run/walk your 5K from anywhere, and there will be an opportunity to submit your virtual time. There are no awards for the virtual event.

Race Volunteer
We are looking for about 6-8 good volunteers for work a race day shift from 6:30-10am doing various jobs at the race to make it great. Thanks in advance for considering this if you aren't running.
