5K Run/Walk

Timed 5K run/walk race on paved trail surface at White Hall Park. Participants earn a commemorative race T-shirt (while supplies last) and are eligible for overall and age group prizes. Dogs on fixed length leashes and strollers are welcomed. Open to all levels of runners/walkers.

Virtual 5K Run/Walk

If you can't join us in person consider participating as a virtual runner/walker. For your $30 donation to Hope's Wings Domestic Violence Program you can run/walk your 5K on your own schedule in your hometown and we'll mail you your commemorative race T-shirt.

We need 6-8 volunteers to work a 3.5 hour shift on race day to make the race great for our runners/walkers and for Hope's Wings Domestic Violence Program. Volunteers earn a commemorative race T-shirt.
