Chip timed 5K (3.1 miles) on paved trail/roadway surfaces. Commemorative race T-shirt included with your registration (While supplies last). Awards for Top 3 M/F Overall & Top 3 M/F in various age divisions. Walkers, dogs on fixed length leashes and strollers are welcomed.

A FREE Kid's Sprint for children 9 and under. All children will receive a participation medal. There are no performance awards. Parents may purchase/add on a shirt for your child for $10.

Virtual Runner/Walker

If you can't join us in person, consider running/walking the race as a virtual participant. You can run/walk your own Diaper Dash 5K in your hometown on your schedule. For your $30 donation will mail you your commemorative race T-shirt and you'll be supporting a worthy cause!

We need 6-8 enthusiastic volunteers to work a 3.5-hour race day shift to make our race great. Volunteers who work a full shift will earn a race T-shirt.
