Complete 1 mile on day 1, 2 miles on day 2, 3 miles on day 3, etc.......14 miles on day 14. Accumulate these miles any way you can. You can combine, as many different activities as you need to each day to complete those miles.
Upon finishing day 14 you'll have completed 105 miles in just 14 days.
