Pick up your Bib # and race shirt at The O’Maley School BEFORE you get on the shuttle to the starting line. Bib # and race swag pick-up is on race day only from 7:30am – 8:30am. No early birds, please.
Free shuttle buses will bring participants to the starting line at nearby Good Harbor Beach about 3 miles away. Shuttles available 7:30am - 8:30am. ONLY race participants will be allowed on the shuttles.
School is closed - no entry.
At the starting line you'll be met by a welcome tent with water, snacks and energy gels. You'll find easy access to beautiful Good Harbor Beach. The beach is the perfect location for your stretching and warmup routine as you prepare to have your best race! Bag check is available at the starting line. (Bag drop is self-service. YuKan is not liable for any losses or theft. Please plan accordingly.) Plenty of restrooms will be available near the starting line as well.
There will be six aid stations with water near miles 2, 3.5, 5, 6.5, 9 and 11.5. A restroom will be available along the course near mile 6.
Runners are encouraged to carry additional water with their favorite hydration bottle, belt, vest or pack.
ZYM Hydration is our on-course drink and hydration sponsor. ZYM created their Endurance Drink Mix for those that need energy and electrolytes to keep you performing at your optimal level. Many conventional sports drinks are filled with artificial flavors and colors and taste too sweet or too chalky. ZYM HYDRATION has built its reputation by providing the best tasting sports drink using natural ingredients. Check them out at www.zym.com
The roads are open to traffic. The local Police Department will help monitor traffic. PLEASE stay to the side of the road.
Award medals are given to the top three M/F in each age group. Overall, 19 & Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 70+.
Be sure to visit the tent to pick up your award before you leave (There will not be an awards ceremony). Awards will not be mailed. Per USATF rules, gun times are used for scoring.
