Free shuttle buses will bring participants to the starting line at nearby Good Harbor Beach. Shuttles available 7:30am - 8:30am. ONLY race participants will be allowed on the shuttles.
Pick up your Bib # and race shirt at The O’Maley School BEFORE you get on the shuttle. Bib # and race swag pick-up is on race day only from 7:30am – 8:30am. No early birds, please.
School is closed - no entry.
There will be six aid stations with water near miles 2, 3.5, 5, 6.5, 9 and 11.5. Sports drink and energy gel will be available on course as well. A portable restroom will be available along the course near mile 6.
The roads are open to traffic. The local Police Department will help monitor traffic. Please stay to the side of the road.
Bag check is available at the start. Bag drop is self-service. YuKan is not liable for any losses or theft. Please plan accordingly.
Award medals are given to the top three M/F in each age group. Overall, 19 & Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 70+.
Be sure to visit the tent to pick up your award before you leave (There will not be an awards ceremony). Per USATF rules, gun times are used for scoring.
