Beer garden opens at 11am.
Bib # and race swag pick-up is on race day only from 7:00am – 7:45am. No early birds, please. Bibs must be picked up by participants. Bibs can not be picked up for others.
There will be nine aid stations with water near miles 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12. Zym Hydration will also be available near miles 2, 4, 6, 9, 11 & 12. Energy gels will be available near mile 6.
With warmer summer temperatures, runners are encouraged to carry additional water with their favorite hydration bottle, belt, vest or pack.
Portable restrooms will be available at the start/finish and along the course near mile 3 & 10 as well.
The roads are open to traffic. The local Police Department will help monitor traffic. PLEASE stay to the side of the road.
Bag check is not available. Please plan accordingly.
Award medals are given to the top three M/F in each age group. Overall, 19 & Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79.
Be sure to visit the tent to pick up your award before you leave (There will not be an awards ceremony). Awards will not be mailed and are not available at any other time. Per USATF rules, gun times are used for scoring.
