Bib # and race swag pick-up is on race day only from 7:00am – 7:45am. No early birds, please.

School is closed - no entry.

There will be six aid stations with water and sports drink near miles 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12. Energy gels will be available near mile 6.

With warmer temperatures, runners are encouraged to carry additional water with their favorite hydration bottle, belt, vest or pack.

A portable restroom will also be available near mile 7 along the course. Portable restrooms will be available at the start/finish area as well.

Award medals are given to the top three M/F in each age group. Overall, 18 & Under, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79.

Be sure to visit the tent to pick up your award before you leave (There will not be an awards ceremony). Awards will not be mailed and are only available at the race. Per USATF rules, gun times are used for scoring.

The roads are open to traffic. The local Police Departments will help monitor traffic. PLEASE stay to the side of the road.
