Golden Mile 5K Virtual Run/Walk
The Golden Mile 5K Run/Walk aims to provide you an opportunity to get out and move while improving your health through this event that will also help the Golden Mile area to be seen as a vibrant, diverse and accessible premier location for shopping, dining, living, recreation, and commerce in Frederick.
The Golden Mile Alliance non-profit organization achieves its mission through our economic development activities to support our businesses and residential communities so they can continue to thrive
Participants will RUN or WALK a 5K at their own pace while encouraging each other during these 10 days! RUN, WALK, GARDEN, DANCE...anything to get you moving to reach that 5K and have FUN!
Registrations submitted by May 21 , 2021 by noon will receive a T-shirt.
ALL participants will receive a Nymeo TOTE BAG courtesy of Nymeo!
Location pick up for T-shirts and Tote bags will be at Frederick Furniture, 1301 W Patrick St. Suite # 132, Frederick, MD 21702 during the week of June 7-12 during normal business hours.
