Event: Little D on the Monocacy 6 Mile Race/Cruise
6 Mile Race/Cruise Start Location: 1801 Monocacy Blvd Frederick, MD 21701
The Cruise can be a race or a float-your option. From the start at Riverside Center Park boat ramp, continue downstream 6 miles to Pinecliff Park. You will get to see racers in the Challenge a couple of times as they make their way to Pinecliff Park.
At Pinecliff Park, enjoy free BBQ and cheer in the 12 mile Challenge racers! We will have an awards ceremony after everyone is in.
All 6 mile paddlers will be entered in free prize drawings!

12 mile Challenge location: 1801 Monocacy Blvd Frederick MD 21701
From a mass start at the Riverside Center Park boat ramp, racers will sprint 1.5 miles downstream to the first buoy turn, then come back upstream. The course will take racers to a second buoy turn 1/2 mile above the start, where the racers will turn back downstream. Passing cruise racers on their way to Pinecliff Park, racers will continue 1 mile below Pinecliff Park to the final buoy turn for an upstream finish.
