Take a spin in the woods for 4 miles at Wheaton Regional Park! The route starts in the parking lot north of the Wheaton Ice Arena (11717 Orebaugh Ave, Wheaton, MD 20902) and goes out for two loops on the Equestrian Trail and back.

Keep your eyes and ears open as you RUN AWARE through the trails at Cabin John Regional Park, a cross-country challenge for all of your senses! You’ll travel on hills, run near streams, and enjoy the sights of nature on this sometimes wet & muddy terrain!

Traverse a challenging 10K loop course in Little Bennett Regional Park in Clarksburg, MD. Mainly single-track trail, hilly & rocky in places, beginning and ending in the horse trailer park near the golf course on Prescott Road in Hyattstown.

This race can be done on any track, road, or trail!

The race begins on the Matthew Henson Trail just south of Hewitt Avenue. Runners head east on the trail, looping through the parking lot at Layhill Road, briefly onto the sidewalk, and then back on the trail heading west. At Rippling Brook Drive, runners exit the trail and make a loop through the bus lane at Bel Pre Elementary School, and then back on the trail to the finish at the Hewitt Avenue parking lot.

The race course begins in the road at the first entrance to the playground parking lot, on the approach from Jackson Road. The turnaround is at the perpendicular of the center court lines of the basketball courts and the hiker-biker trail in woods. The race finishes at first perpendicular from the restroom’s first wall on the approach from the parking lot to hiker-biker trail.
