This 5 K walk/run is open to everyone including: children, elite athletes, joggers, walkers, older adults, and "Athletes Serving Athletes".
Participants will start their run/walk at 9:00 am at the Saint Francis Campus then travel to the Salisbury University campus and back in a 3.1 mile loop.

The Dash is for children from age 0 up through 6th grade. It is a 50-100 yard sprint across the Saint Francis Campus, with children racing in heats based on age.
Children will line up behind the signs for their age group after the National Anthem.
