Step By Step 5K Fun Run/Walk

The 3.1-mile (MD 12024JS) begins and ends at the Calvert Marine Museum covering scenic Solomons on hard roads and through residential areas. No Dogs or Pets. Strollers allowed. Prizes will be awarded to male and female runner & walkers in all categories: 10 and under, 11-13, 14-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and over; top three walkers; Oldest Participant; and Youngest Participant. The dash is for children ages 6 and under. Participants will run on the grassy area just beside the Calvert Marine Museum parking lot. No Dogs or Pets. Parents are allowed on the course with their child. Participants are encouraged to dress in their favorite super hero costume (be sure they are safe to run in). All runners will receive a participation certificate and the top finisher in the age categories 1-2, 3-4 and 5-6 will receive a trophy. The child voted the best Super Hero costume will receive a $25 gift card. Super Hero Dash participants do not receive a t-shirt. Cost is $10 per participant.
