This year we are introducing a kids heat! The kids will still do four laps but on a shortened course. They will start with a doughnut, run, drink a cup of cider, run, eat a doughnut, run, drink a cup of cider, then run the final loop!.

Event: The Frank N Stein Mile
When the gun sounds you will drink a beer as fast as you can and then head out to run a 1/4 mile lap. You will enter the transition area and consume 1 hotdog with bun as fast as you can. Then it's back out to run another 1/4 mile lap followed by beer number 2, another 1/4 mile, your 2nd hotdog, and then your final 1/4 mile to the finish!
