Stroller Policy
Due to the nature of the race course and the potential to collide with other participants, the use of strollers is prohibited.
Headphone Policy
The use of personal music devices is strongly discouraged at this race. To enjoy all that our race has to offer and for the safety of all participants, A Running Passion encourages a headphone-free environment during the race.
Runner safety has always been, and will continue to be, a top priority for our event. Please be mindful of the other participants and respect the race personnel to ensure a safe and enjoyable race for everyone.
No Dogs Allowed Policy (Except for Service Animals)
To ensure the safety, comfort, and competitive fairness of all participants, dogs and other pets are not permitted on the race course, at the start/finish areas, or within official event venues.
This policy applies to all runners, walkers, volunteers, spectators, and vendors. The presence of animals in crowded race environments can create safety hazards, including trip risks, unpredictable interactions with participants, and interference with medical or emergency response operations.
Participants who start the race with a dog may be disqualified and asked to leave the course. Spectators are also asked to keep pets away from race-related activities and designated event areas.
