This is the Open Competitive Mile Heat. Participants in the Competitive Mile must be able to complete 1 mile in 8 minutes or less. This ensures safety of runners or walkers slower than 8 minutes/mile. Please sign up for the Open/Recreation Mile if you plan on being slower than that projected time.

Event: Dogwatch Dog Mile
Calling all runners/walkers that love racing with your pup! This heat is only for runners/walkers that will be running/walking with their dog. All dogs must be on a 6-foot leash and under an owner's immediate control or you will not be able to race.

Cheer on your kiddos in this exciting 1 mile race for the kiddos! Yes, parents can run along side your little one if they need assistance. Medals will only be provided for kids at the end of this race.
