Adult Basic Skills Clinic (June)

New for 2023, STF will offer a 3 session (June 12, 19, & 26) basic skills clinic for adults during the youth sessions. The clinic will be led by a BICP Level 1 Coach and cover biking fundamentals, riding form, braking, cornering and roll downs. No mountain biking experience necessary, but participants should know how to ride a bike on pavement. Bikes should be appropriate for trail riding (no road bikes) and helmets and close-toed shoes mandatory. Email for further questions about experience and equipment. Although this clinic is being offered free of charge, there is a suggested donation of $60 to the CHTC (can be made through DONATE tab). All donations made to CHTC through STF will be eligible for the SRAM match and support trail development in the Keweenaw.
