Betsie Bay Frozen 5K

Packet Pick-Up Details:

Packet pick-up will be available on Friday, February 14 at the American Legion (206 Main St. Frankfort) from 4:00PM until 6:00PM, and again on race morning starting at 8:30AM. Packet pick-up will conclude at 9:40AM on race day, when the buses depart to the start. You will be allowed to pick up packets for friends and family.

Bag drop will be available on race morning for participants inside the American Legion.

Parking and Busing:

Parking will be available along Main Street and Second Street in Frankfort. You may also park near the start in the Furnace Street Distillery parking lot. We would appreciate you avoiding parking at the Elberta lookout to allow room for the buses to turn around and runners to stage for the start of the race.

Busing is being provided by Benzie Bus and Frankfort Public Schools. Buses will arrive at 9:20AM at the American Legion and depart for the start at 9:40AM. The race steps off at 10:00AM.

WEATHER! We have had a wonderful showing of snow over the season. The City of Frankfort is planning to sand portions of the course, but mother nature can change that quickly. Please be prepared for the conditions. We want you to have fun, be safe and take pride that you are out there pounding the pavement.

Post Race:

Post race awards will be available at the American Legion after the race. There will not be a formal awards ceremony.

We hope you have been enjoying our drawings over the last couple of weeks. We will continue to give away prizes to registered participants until race day. You will be notified over email if you have won.
