1 Mile Fun Run
Our 1‑Mile Fun Run is the perfect event for kids and their parents to share the excitement of race day together! Starting at Marigold Lodge, young runners will head ½ mile out and back, creating a safe, simple, and fun course designed with families in mind.
This event is ideal for kids of all ages and abilities, whether they’re running confidently, jogging with encouragement, or taking it at their own pace. Parents are welcome—and encouraged—to run or walk alongside their children.
For families with participants in the 5K, this course is designed to work seamlessly: parents running the full 5K can start with their kids, cheer them on as they turn back toward the finish, and then continue on to complete the longer route.

40k Bike Ride
Take in some of West Michigan’s most beautiful shoreline views on our 25‑mile out‑and‑back bike ride, beginning and ending at Marigold Lodge. This scenic and refreshing route traces the shores of Lake Macatawa and heads toward Lake Michigan, offering stunning water views and a memorable ride experience from start to finish.
Riders will travel on the shoulder of Ottawa Beach Road and Lakeshore Drive before turning back to return to Marigold. It’s a gorgeous coastal stretch—perfect for cyclists who love a classic shoreline ride with plenty of scenery along the way.
