Trail Form Running - Aug. 27
Part of the DNR Fresh Air Fitness program and taught by veteran trail ultramarathoner Mike Richmond, participants will complete an entire Good Form Running session, learn and practice trail running techniques, analyze participant videos, and finish the 2-hour session with a short group run.
