You will be allowed 4 attempts (2 throws in a row, twice) There will be a warmup period before the event begins. It will be open order with no separation of genders.

We will run the event continuously from a starting height of 5 feet. Vaulters may come in at any height they choose. There will be a warmup period before the event begins and if necessary an intermediate warmup period when vaulters entering at a higher height can all warm up. The event will not be separated by genders.

Jumpers will be given a warm up period before the event begins. Once the event starts, jumpers are allowed 4 jumps. The pit is open to both genders concurrently.

Runners will complete 4 laps of the track. The race will be timed.

The Eliminator is a running race like no other! The race is 20 laps in length and after each lap the last runner to complete the lap is ELIMINATED. The field of runners shrinks until there are just 2 remaining. The winner of that lap is deemed the ELIMINATOR! Runners will be given a short break between each lap run, so whether you are a marathoner or a 800 runner try your hand at the coolest competitive race around.
