Walk, Roll N Float 2016

After Registration at Shaw Park, paddlers are transported to Thornapple landing for a 6-mile (2-2.5 hours) paddle to the Newaygo bridge. Boats hold two adults and two children, or 3 adults. Minor children must be accompanied by an adult. Each participant must have a signed waiver. A minimum of $75.00 in collected donations per boat is required to participate using Wisner Canoes & Kayaks. If you bring and transport your own boat no minimum donation is required. Wisner will transport you and your own boat if the minimum donation is met.

After Registration at 8:30 AM, Motorcyclists will leave Shaw Park together at 9:30 AM, following a scenic 75 mile route; an approximate two hour trip with a rest stop. The group will return to the park for a free picnic lunch for everyone.

After registration at 10:00, Walkers leave Shaw Park at 11:00 AM, following a two-mile scenic route through downtown Newaygo with a water station at the halfway point. Walkers return to Shaw Park for a free picnic lunch. There is a shuttle to pick up anyone who cannot complete the Walk and return them to the Park. Children must be accompanied by an Adult.
