Coaches, join us at the Lansing Brewing Company for the Gear Up Week - Coaches Clinic! This will be a chance to learn and celebrate the start of the Cross Country Season. We will be talking proper footwear, the Playmakers Fit Process, and Good Form plus enjoying dinner.

Gear Up Week - Parent Clinic
Parents, join the Playmakers crew for the parents clinic. We will be talking rules, injuries, nutrition/hydration, and other topics that will help parents prepare for a successful cross country season. Athletes are welcome as well, but clinic is designed for parents.
