The course will be chip timed by the Michigan Running Foundation.

Virtual Race - Pick Your Pace

Participants who choose the virtual race option can run or walk the race between April 17, 2026 through April 19, 2026. Virtual participants can participate anywhere their feet will take them — at home, on a treadmill, in a neighborhood or at a local park! A race packet can be ordered, but packets must be picked up in person. Awards will not be available for virtual participants.

10K Ruck for the House

The Ruck for for the House will follow the 10K course beginning and ending at MSU Federal Credit Union Headquarters campus. Rucking is walking with weight on your back based on military training workouts. Participants will provide their own weighted vests or backpacks. Course limit is 2 hours.
